The Gefen 2xLC Dual Fiber DisplayPort Extender allows you to extend your DisplayPort signal over dual LC-terminated multi-mode fiber optic cables, supporting HDCP and DPCP. It can extend DisplayPort distances up to 1000 feet (300 meters) with two strands of 50/125 m multi-mode (OM2/OM3) fiber optic cable, and up to 500 feet (150 meters) using 62.5/125 m (OM1) fiber.

This optical signal transmission solution stands out against traditional copper-based alternatives by providing galvanic isolation and superior resistance to electromagnetic interference. The sender and receiver modules are housed in durable cast aluminum enclosures that enhance protection against radiated noise.
